- In a large skillet, heat the oil or grease at medium-high heat. Add the venison and onion, cooking until the meat is browned.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, and corn, and taco seasoning.
- Continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over tortilla chips, topped with shredded cheese and a spoonful of sour cream.
- Or serve in bowls and scoop with your favorite tortilla chips.
