Favorite Venison NachosIngredients:


  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil or grease at medium-high heat. Add the venison and onion, cooking until the meat is browned.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, and corn, and taco seasoning.
  3. Continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over tortilla chips, topped with shredded cheese and a spoonful of sour cream.
  5. Or serve in bowls and scoop with your favorite tortilla chips.

Makes approximately 8 servings.
